We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Koppal, State of Karnataka. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should bring careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff.
