Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Koraput, State of Odisha. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
