What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line Full-time with occasional weekends.
