Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
