Short order cook — Yadgir

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Yadgir, State of Karnataka. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideally you have strong knife skills and speed on the line; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen.
