Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (State of Nagaland)

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Phek, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
