Urgent requirement: appliance installation and repair technician (State of Nagaland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an appliance installation and repair technician in Mon, State of Nagaland. You will be based at a domestic appliance repair workshop. On a typical shift you will lift and transport heavy appliances safely using trolleys and straps; test appliances after repair to confirm safe operation; carry out safe isolation of mains power before opening any casing; check earth continuity and insulation resistance with a PAT tester before handover; replace worn drum bearings, seals and belts on washing machines; advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience repairing domestic appliances • City & Guilds or NVQ in appliance servicing or electrical installation 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹39,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
