Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Thane, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should bring good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Six days a week, one day off.
