Surface coating operator • Hanumangarh, State of Rajasthan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Hanumangarh, State of Rajasthan. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
