Captain waiter wanted in Arvalli

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Arvalli, State of Gujarat. The job is in a five-star hotel. Ideally you have prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel; familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems. The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Six days a week, one day off.
