QC inspector • Thanjavur, State of Tamil Nadu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Thanjavur, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is on a garment production line. On a typical shift you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
