Insulation worker wanted in Indore

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. We are looking for confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane; comfortable working at height and off scaffolding; sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₹200 per hour plus benefits.
