Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. We are looking for good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules; clean driving record with no recent endorsements; minimum 2 years' long-haul experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
