QC inspector — Thane

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Thane, State of Maharashtra. Day-to-day duties: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data We are looking for willing to work rotating and night shifts; understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹25,500 per month plus benefits.
