Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Belgaum, State of Karnataka. The job is on residential new-build sites. Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Day-to-day duties: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
