Front desk agent wanted in Vizianagaram District

Now hiring: we are hiring a front desk agent in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₹26,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
