Gardener wanted in Ramanathapuram

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gardener in Ramanathapuram, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a plant nursery. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On a typical shift you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings.
