Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Hoshiarpur, State of Punjab. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
