Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. You will be based on the press shop floor. We are looking for willing to work rotating day and night shifts; knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout; 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses. The role involves adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways.
