The role involves deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste; carry out turndown service in the evening; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls. You should bring able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines; clear police verification / background check; sharp attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness.
