Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
