Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine The role involves check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics.
