Immediate opening: core maker (State of Bihar)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Begusarai, State of Bihar. On a typical shift you will assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. We are looking for comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
