Hydraulic crane operator — Kottayam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Kottayam, State of Kerala. What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Overtime paid at a premium rate.
