Vacancy available: we are hiring a fettler in Dindigul, State of Tamil Nadu. You will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. We are looking for keen eye for casting defects during inspection; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts.
