Great opportunity: bread baker (State of Gujarat)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Rajkot, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
