Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Upper Subansiri, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is on a commercial shopfront installation. Day-to-day duties: • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
