Now hiring: we are hiring a mall security guard in Balangir, State of Odisha. You will be based at a hotel entrance. Your main tasks: • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts Ideal candidate: • Ex-servicemen preferred • 1-2 years experience as a security guard Overtime paid at a premium rate.
