Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Shimla, State of Himachal Pradesh. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
