Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Malkangiri, State of Odisha. You will work at a cloud kitchen. We are looking for willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 4+ years on the tools preferred.
