Room service attendant • Ernakulam, State of Kerala

Vacancy available: we are hiring a room service attendant in Ernakulam, State of Kerala. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideally you have willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
