Sausage maker — Sakti

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Sakti, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideally you have physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
