Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance You will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching.
