Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in Kakinada, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is on a structural steel site. Ideally you have ITI in welder trade or equivalent; willing to work shifts and overtime; comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium. On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Six days a week, one day off.
