Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking 2+ years on the tools preferred.
