Head baker wanted in Uttarkashi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. The job is in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. You should bring familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. ₹200 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
