Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kallakurichi district, State of Tamil Nadu. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method We are looking for able to stand on your feet for long shifts; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); able to work fast and keep up under service pressure.
