Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mysore, State of Karnataka. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a baker; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to work early-morning and night shifts. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹100 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
