Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tiruppur, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
