We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Lepa Rada, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
