We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Solapur, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. ₹33,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
