Electrostatic spray painter • Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage We are looking for able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
