Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Balangir, State of Odisha. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts.
