Bread baker — Yanam

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Yanam, Union Territory of Puducherry. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts.
