Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bangalore Urban, State of Karnataka. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should bring comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths. We offer ₹130 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
