Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Shupiyan, State of Jammu and Kashmir. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. ₹210 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
