Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Bikaner, State of Rajasthan. Your main tasks: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites 1+ years on the tools preferred.
