Electrostatic spray painter • Karur, State of Tamil Nadu

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
