Garment presser — Longleng

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Longleng, State of Nagaland. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₹27,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
