Elevator repair technician — Sahibganj

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Sahibganj, State of Jharkhand. You should bring comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways; physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces; willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota. Your main tasks: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Overtime paid at a premium rate.
